Welsh Lawn Bowls is pleased to confirm the appointment of Mr. Jamie Brown to the position of Academy Team Manager.
Following a interview process, the Selection Panel recommended Mr. Brown for the role, recognising his strong vision for player development and his commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent within the Welsh Lawn Bowls Academy.
The Executive Committee has endorsed this recommendation, and Mr. Brown will now formally assume responsibility for overseeing the Academy pathway. This includes supporting young players through coaching, competition, and welfare, while working closely with coaches and national team management to ensure a clear progression route for emerging athletes.
